"Dr. GiGi" | Golzar Ghanbari D.C.
Dr. GiGi is a Virginia Beach native and graduated from Ocean Lakes High School in the heart of Hampton Roads. After suffering from a major kickboxing injury, she discovered and fell in love with the chiropractic profession and has never looked back.
She loves helping people heal from injuries like her own and watching how far they progress with chiropractic care and rehabilitation exercises. Although she did not begin her chiropractic journey until attending Virginia Tech, she was able to overcome her injuries and now emphasizes the importance of getting your spine checked from a young age.
Dr. GiGi has spent most of her career working with patients from all walks of life - from newborn babies to elderly patients trying to get around more comfortably, she has adjusted them all. She believes that looking at the body biomechanically as a whole is more beneficial than looking at just one joint or problem area.

- Bachelors in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise Sciences from Virginia Tech
- Extensive education in Thompson drop table Technique as well as pediatric and perinatal adjusting techniques
On a personal note...
You can always find Dr. GiGi making a joke in our office as she loves to laugh, live life to its fullest, and have a great time. She has been an avid basketball and tennis player from a young age and loves working with athletes to improve their performance. When she is not cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies, you can find her on a boat or at the beach enjoying the beautiful weather.
Office Manager
Mairi Flores
Mairi's journey with Premier Health Chiropractic began in May 2021, initially as a patient. Just a few short months later, she took on the pivotal role of managing our front desk. Fast forward to September 2023, and we were thrilled to announce Mairi's well-deserved promotion to the position of Office Manager.
In addition to managing the Office, Mairi serves many roles as she helps to train new Premier Health Chiropractic Assistants and interns on various therapies and front desk procedures. In addition, Mairi has also studied anatomy and is a certified Craniosacral Therapist.
Patients adore Mairi's radiant smile and warm greetings as they step into our office. Her ability to recall the intricate details of our patients' lives - from their vacations to family events - creates a personal and lasting connection.
Beyond her professional excellence, she's a fan of pink and Hello Kitty and dedicates her free time to her active son, Javi.
Mairi is an essential part of our PHC family, and her promotion will undoubtedly elevate our commitment to exceptional patient care.
Chiropractic Billing Associate
Mary Cromwell
Mary Cromwell began her career at Premier Health Chiropractic in December of 2022, after seeking care as a patient. Mary mostly works behind the scenes, helping to reach out to insurance companies and other institutions, as needed.
Mary is diligent at getting to the bottom of a balance on both ends and exhausts all options with insurance companies before reaching out to patients.
Mary has a passion for customer service, patient care and for putting the patient first. Whenever she’s in the office, you can always find her with a smile that brightens up the day. Mary keeps the office decorated and celebrated by putting up everything from steamers to banners, small Christmas trees and candy. She also takes great care in making her own posters to add to the festivities.
Mary is passionate about patients seeking wellness care for their long-term health and well-being. Mary will often take the time to send celebration and sympathy card to patients.
Most importantly, Mary is a fantastic grandma to her grandchildren who are a priority in her life.
